Policies
DEPOSIT POLICY: All appointments require a deposit in order to secure a date and time.
All deposits will go towards the final cost of your service and are NON REFUNDABLE. A design will not be started without a deposit in place.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If less than 48 hours notice is given for cancellation or reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required in order to rebook an appointment. If more than 48 hours notice is given for a reschedule, the deposit will be rolled over to the next appointment. The deposit can only be rolled over once so please ensure the date and time work for you. There will be no refund for a complete cancelation regardless of amount of notice.
DUE DILIGENCE POLICY: Prior to booking, please look at the artists’ portfolio and their social media posts to ensure their style is what you like, a deposit will not be refunded due to creative differences.
FLASH EVENTS: If you are booking a prepay in full flash piece, the full amount of the piece is considered a deposit and the deposit policy applies. If the flash event is offered for a limited time only, a reschedule may not be possible and you will forfeit your deposit if the appointment is missed for any reason.
CREATIVE PROPERTY OWNERSHIP: Please understand that the design that artists create for your appointment is their creative property until the appointment has been completed and paid in full. This means that you are not able to take their designs to another artist to have the work done for any reason without explicit written permission from the artist.
ZERO TOLERANCE ZONE: Disruptive Ink Tattoos does not tolerate any sort of hate speech. Please be considerate of your language while in our location for your appointment. If this policy is not respected and you are asked to leave, you will forfeit your deposit.
DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY: Please ensure you are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your appointment. If it is determined that you are not in a proper state to complete your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule with a new deposit.
ACCESSIBILITY POLICY: Accommodations are provided free of cost to customers. If you have any accessibility considerations and/or are in need of any accommodation(s) such as communication, sign language interpreting, etc., please let us know when booking so we can be sure that your accommodations are met.
